The Program Manager supports delivery of Lean transformation to Simpler’s clients by establishing and monitoring contract compliance, ensuring accurate invoicing and collections, and setting up internal systems for Sarbanes Oxley compliance. The Program Manager supports Simpler’s financial reconciliation systems with regular reporting.

The Program Manager serves as a communication hub for client engagement tracking and ensures Simpler’s capture of quantitative and qualitative progress, insights, and lessons learned related to client engagement. The Program Manager supports Account Managers and Regional Vice Presidents by providing account-specific and regional data analysis and reporting.

Working in a virtual environment without direct supervision, the Program Manager supports Simpler leadership, Account Managers, and delivery teams, as well as clients’ transformational leaders. Support spans all aspects of client engagement, from client launch, through active delivery and sun setting, as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Manages Simpler and Simpler partner’s contracts and written agreements, ensuring contractual requirements are met and documented and summarized for internal and external stakeholders.

2. Partners with Simpler financial and accounting team by supply client-specific data at month-end close, quarter-end close, and year-end close.

3. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements relative to contract management and delivery.

4. Manages and coordinates new client launch activity; Sets up new client data in online scheduling system, sets up new clients in SharePoint, Ensures alignment of delivery to contractual requirements, Elevates issues as appropriate, Ensures Simpler member access to client information including site location, organizational structure, contact information and transformational progress.

5. Monitors adherence to Simpler’s account management standards and initiates action to close gaps; Updates and maintains client data and invoicing set-up in online scheduling system in response to contract addendums and renewals, Creates and maintains tracker for all client notional schedules, delivery, invoicing and expenses, Coordinates client delivery team communications standard work, Monitors adherence to Simpler’s internal documentation quality standards.

6. Interfaces with client’s program management team to assist and coach them through the creation of the Architecture and Infrastructure for their transformational business system.

7.Ensures accurate and timely invoicing and collections by reviewing all invoices, interfacing with client Accounts Payable departments, and monitoring invoice payment on QuickBooks.

6. Creates and ensures accessible and organized SharePoint management of materials and documents, to preserve and track the transformational story.

7. Monitors ROI tracking and produces report summaries.

8. Monitors scheduling accuracy.

9. Communicates proactively to the Account Managers and Regional Directors regarding key issues or concerns related to client engagement.

12. Orients additional resources to new client assignments and provides support for client integration.

13. Provides technical support for Online Scheduling System and SharePoint to Simpler Members.

14. Creates and maintains regular reports for Regional Vice Presidents and Account Managers.

1. This role is an individual contributor and does not have formal people management responsibilities. However, experience in a key managerial role during an organizational lean transformation is highly preferred.

2. Familiarity with the Toyota Production System principles, tools, and techniques.

3. Solid Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with QuickBooks a plus.
