My client is looking for a Universal Banker in Downtown PDX. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with phenomenal benefits.

Job Duties:


Universal Bankers are a hybrid of the traditional teller and the personal banker.

The Universal Banker is a branch based sales and service position whose primary function is to help customers by meeting and uncovering their financial needs, helping with problem resolutions and processing transactions. Universal Bankers create an outstanding customer experience by opening new accounts, offering convenience services, and resolving customer service issues. You will provide customers with outstanding service by fully understanding their needs and identifying the right products and solutions to achieve their financial goals.

Job Requirements
Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience

Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Requires excellent oral and written communication skills (English)

Previous branch banking experience is preferred

Bi-lingual skills are preferred
