Job Summary


Support Head of CPMOA Planning by managing transaction booking & processing; managing infrastructure systems projects, report reconciliation, policy and procedure development, proactively monitor regulatory environment that impact CPM and new product implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage transaction booking and payment processing including maintenance of associated policies and procedures. Serve as a liaison for Middle and Back Office
  • Proactively review and monitor regulatory environment to identify potential impact to CPMOA business and develop/recommend solution(s) to address the gaps.
  • Coordinate and manage processes, policy and procedure development related to the active portfolio management process, compliance process and handling of Material Non Public Information (MNPI), and transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Respond to any queries/surveys/exams pertaining to regulatory compliance and/or US financial market infrastructure from Compliance, Legal and Head Office. Support development of communication materials/deliverables for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate Control Self-Assessment Process (CSA), Compliance Risk Assessment Processes, SOX assessment, Business Continuity processes and other control processes for CPMOA.
  • The successful candidate will be required to coordinate and manage day to day operational processes along with associated policies and procedures.
  • The incumbent would also support CPMOA’s regulatory compliance efforts by proactively monitoring the regulatory environment and developing/implementing/operationalizing appropriate solutions.
  • The incumbent would support CPMOA’s processes associated with Compliance, SOX, Business Continuity and Risk Assessments

Qualifications

Experience

  • 6-10 years’ experience in market credit products includes compliance, risk management, derivatives trade processing.
  • Strong knowledge of financial market infrastructure related to Swaps.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory environment related to credit swaps.
  • Understanding of Relationship Banking and related products.
  • Process documentation and management.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
