Temporary Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Cleveland office. Employment will begin on or about February 6, 2017 and will end April 17, 2017. Hours are expected to be from 12 noon through 6:30pm Monday through Friday, potentially with some Saturdays. If the employment arrangement is successful, it may be possible for the employee to be invited back each year for this seasonal position.
This role provides general clerical and office support to the Firm’s professional and administrative departments and completes related tasks as required. Qualified individual will be responsible for copying & binding cost reports and all assembling of materials for training sessions, presentations, and other specials events. Set up and breakdown of conference rooms for meetings, purging of files, and new employee office set up.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to distribution of daily mail, clean/stock/general maintenance of office kitchens and conference rooms and serve as back up for the receptionist.
