Your primary responsibilities as a Technical Support Expert will be providing technical support to customers to make sure they are happy and getting the most out of our software.

Specific qualifications and expertise we are looking for in our next team member:
· 1+ years of experience in tier 1 software technical support and/or training
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a passion for helping people
· Comfortable handling incoming calls and problem solving over the phone
· Familiarity with support tools and processes
Bonus points: experience working with, or an above average understanding of, orthodontics or dental practices
