POSITION: Staff Development Trainer and Lead
JOB SUMMARY: The mission of the staff Development Trainer and Lead is to ensure that every customer at Juvly Aesthetics experiences total customer satisfaction through the means of a positive customer service experience, a uniform experience from office-to-office, and by working with well-trained, knowledgeable and understanding customer service superstars.
In order to be successful the Staff Development Trainer and Lead will develop and implement a comprehensive training program that goes beyond the standard “new hire onboarding” by ensuring every office is optimized fully through routine staff retraining and by developing a thorough, interactive new hire training program.
The ideal candidate displays strong sales and people skills, is collaborative, creative and innovative – customer service focused is a must! Deescalation skills are crucial.
Two years experience is preferred. Travel is required.
