Serves as the primary contributor in the analysis and validation of PeopleSoft system requirements to existing business processes and information systems to ensure desirability, practicality, and resource availability and capability. Designs, develops and implements complex programs and/or modifications of existing PeopleSoft applications. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of complex PeopleSoft applications according to organization standards and end-user requirements. Responsible for the determination, diagnosis, isolation and resolution of complex PeopleSoft applications resource and utilization problems and errors. Develops fault diagnosis, isolation and resolution techniques that ensure optimal performance is constantly maintained. Leads PeopleSoft projects from medium to large in scope, risk and impact. Leads and facilitates strategic projects involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and/or workflows needs associated with PeopleSoft systems and applications for the organization.
Education and experience
Desired Experience: Prior healthcare supply chain application support specifically with PeopleSoft.
