**This position can be based in either Frisco, TX or Snoqualmie, WA.
The Senior Manager, Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery, will provide leadership, vision, strategic development, management, governance and continual direction of all aspects of the T-Mobile Network Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery. Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery operate in a centralized program design with decentralized implementation. This position needs to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial program to the lines of business. This will include risk assessments, mitigation, Business Impact Analysis, coaching departments in the creation and updating of their Emergency Operations Plans, and conducting formal exercises for both EM and DR. The Senior Manager negotiates time and gains commitment from business functions to ensure resources are available for all required EM and DR activities. Manages a team of Disaster Recovery managers.

Prepare, manage and control annual capital and expense budgets related to BC & CM matters. Support and contribute to planning, staffing, and expense prioritization.
At least 7 years experience in network operations management, with experience managing in disaster situations.
Experience in Crisis Management and Emergency Response plan development.
Strong strategic planning skills including ability to develop team objectives and goals
At least 5 years wireless telecommunications experience.
Familiarity with Department of Homeland Security and FEMA, particularly in Emergency Support Function (ESF) #2
Demonstrated advanced knowledge of and experience with budget management, including experience with financial principles, forecasting techniques, and the ability to analyze and prepare complex budgetary statements.
Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Strong program management skills and knowledge of best practices.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
Equivalent work experience considered.
