Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and optimizing the consumer loyalty program, Brilliant Distinctions®. This person will be responsible for managing all websites and mobile applications, in addition to integration of brand team initiative, promotions and product additions, as needed. The position requires analytical thinking, database acumen, excellent project management skills in order to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and execute within the budget.

Strict adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines will be critical for this role as well as the ability to focus on long-term success.

Main Areas of Responsibilities

  • Manages all facets of the Brilliant Distinctions Consumer Loyalty Program; reports to the Director of Consumer Loyalty.
  • Develops/maintains digital and mobile strategies across B2C and B2B Platforms: Brilliant Distinctions, Allergan Partner Privileges, Allergan One, eCommerce
  • Leads implementation of strategic roadmap focusing on accelerating and amplifying our ongoing consumer loyalty efforts leveraging technology
  • Ongoing monitoring of performance metrics and Dashboard Reviews
  • Coordinates integration of brand team initiatives, content and promotions into web and mobile applications; keeping all stakeholders apprised of changes/enhancements
  • Coordinates with Loyalty Data Analyst on business opportunities
  • Monitors/reports performance metrics
  • Coordinates digital campaigns with CRM, Brand and development teams
  • Collaborates with brand teams to develop and deploy content, promotions and campaigns
  • Manages our interactive/video production agencies
  • Manages the consumer marketing budget and evaluates program ROI. Conducts quarterly variance analysis and continuously monitors expenses to ensure they are in-line with quarterly and annual budgets. Identifies changes in market or program conditions which would lead to favorable/unfavorable variance to budget/forecast.
  • Manages department budget and expenses
  • Works with Consumer Loyalty Coordinator(s) to achieve all consumer loyalty KPIs, timelines and budget goals.
  • Approves promotional materials working with AGN systems
  • Develops effective working relationships with Sales, key VIPs, physicians and other staff groups to assist in guiding marketing programs. Works with field sales representatives on a regular basis. Attends major conventions and meetings as directed.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Five or more years in B2C and/or B2B marketing, managing websites, mobile applications and database marketing/CRM/email initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing agency partners or agency-side experience
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics and loyalty program metrics and to create forecasts and key metrics in order to measure results.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and online acquisition tactics
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Up-to-date with loyalty program/digital marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of cosmetic/beauty, CPG and/or prestige consumer brands desired.
  • Agency experience a plus
