Spare Parts Logistics Manager

in

Tampa, FL.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
New Central Spare Parts Warehouse Location Assessment (Existing Location or New or Hybrid)

Implementation of New Central Spares Warehouse

Expansion and modernization of existing warehouse or Acquisition / lease of a new premises and fitted with modern warehouse technology / equipment

New Warehouse Systems and Processes Definition and Training

Barcoding, warehouse management system (WMS) implementation, process documenting etc.

Downstream Rapid Deployment Center Network Assessment ( Same Day Select Spare Parts Deliveries to All Branches / Mechanics)

Determine quantity needed and locations

Insource or outsource analysis

Inbound and Outbound Transportation Program Development

Inbound from suppliers

Direct delivery to Field Mechanics via UPS drop boxes or Amazon lockers or other ways

Preventative maintenance parts delivery program

End to End Reverse Logistics Process Design

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Foreign Trade, Finance or Supply Chain)

7 to 10 Years’ Experience in Logistics (Warehousing and Transport)

High Independence and Motivation

Superior Analytical /Financial Skills, Strong Organizational /Communication Skills and Excellent Project Management Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software Especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to Establish and Maintain Strong Relationships with Internal/External Resources

Solid Software Experience – Oracle and or SAP plus at Least 1 Warehouse Management Software
