Software Implementation Specialist (Contract Assignment)

This is a three (3) month 1099 contract assignment, renewable after 90 days. Chicago, IL corporate office based not a remote or work from home position.

Role is ideally suited for an HR or Recruiting professional experienced with HR Technology (SaaS, HRIS, ATS) implementation or admin user

This position will provide project management and implementation support on Broadbean, CareerBuilder’s Software as a Services (SaaS) product. CareerBuilder’s Broadbean products gives clients easy-to-use job posting distribution, candidate search capabilities and social recruiting tools. With a strong history of growth, profitability, and exceptional service, CareerBuilder is ideal for experienced, energetic, critical thinking software implementation specialists looking to use their skills in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.

This role will manage client implementations from time of sale to build completion. This includes interacting with internal teams, clients, vendors, and providing feedback and solutions to help our department remain agile.

Major Responsibilities/Activities

  • Take a leadership role in new client implementations to ensure successful results.
  • Create detailed project plans for each new client implementation to include tracking key activities.
  • Coordinate timelines, key information, activities, and stakeholders to ensure successful roll-out.
  • Create and maintain documentation outlining the processes completed, communications, statuses, and activities required to complete the delivery.
  • Independently work to drive delivery process by spearheading meetings, pursue key information is being delivered.
  • Partner with necessary vendors to gather key information necessary for account configuration.
  • Customize and configure Broadbean account to meet the needs required of the client.
  • Identify, track and manage risks and client issues for each implementation.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting with exposure to HR techlology
  • Ability to communicate professionally in a fast paced environment, both orally and written
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • Ability to multi-task for different implementations with competing priorities
  • Customer Service focused mentality
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical clientele alike
