The EUCI (End User) Lync Level 3 team provides E2E operations for Enterprise instant messaging infrastructure including Public IM compliance infrastructures; Collaborate with Citi Architecture Technology Engineering and Demand Management on solution designs for operational effectiveness. Members of the team are considered to be subject matter experts; responsible for infrastructure deployment, integration, migration, administration and escalated support.
