The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, hunting, developing, executing and maintaining current and new customers. You will work closely with the Business Development Director and the Director of the Embedded Software & Systems Practice as well as other stakeholders to maximize and close business. You will establish new and manage current accounts to maximize revenue, owning all aspects of the contract and contract renewals.
Desired Skills and Experience:
BA/BE is preferred.
Gain trust, collaborate with senior engineering executives at target tier 1 and 2 accounts.
Ability to generate leads and close new business.
Deliver a great customer experience to clients and partners.
5+ years of demonstrated success selling technology consulting services, with an emphasis on the Embedded Software space.
Knowledge of structured sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling and Target Account Selling.
High energy, self-managed, hands-on, strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills. Very organized and methodical in approach.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and other targets.
Work with the delivery teams to ensure specific customer expectations are met, collect customer feedback and implement action plans for improvement.
Must be comfortable with and able to do any necessary domestic travel.
