Will generate confirmations and maintain the room use aspect of Resource 25 (R25), FAU’s event scheduling software. Will also process all user login requests for R25.
Adjust course offerings as needed by adding or canceling cancel courses and changing class limits and room assignments in response to requests and within guidelines.
Process all Directed Independent Study reports as well as all form 10s for the different academic programs.
Perform accurate data input as well as the clerical duties, such as proofreading, associated with the master schedule of course offerings each semester.
Research and resolve final exam schedule conflicts, making sure to notify each department/instructor of resolution.

High School Diploma or equivalent and four years of office experience required. Appropriate college course work may substitute at an equivalent rate for required experience.
Knowledge of Resource25/Schedule 25 is required.
Must also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Must be familiar with standard office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to success in this position.
