We are hiring an energetic, dedicated and focused Inside Sales Representative . This is a direct hire, remote position. When we say “remote” we don’t mean cold and unfeeling, we mean work from home! In your PJs if you so desire! This Rock Star sales candidate will perform the sales activities of acquiring new business; sourcing leads, following up on warm leads, closing new business and driving our business to the next level. This person will be selling our Human Resource and Recruiting Services Portfolio and introducing new service products.
Are you a hunter? We’ve got a wide territory for you to hunt and bring in new business acquisitions. Failure is not an option in this role. Establishes new accounts and obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on prospects.
Source new sales engagements by cold calling with no less than 50 calls a day. We are looking for someone with creativity, and someone who can leverage social media, networking, sleuthing, and carrier pigeons to make contact with prospects.
Failing to plan is planning to fail; be organized and capable of a thoughtful approach to your business.
