Proposal and project development support for Company and Group business development initiatives.
Developing and implementing proposal strategies.
Planning, scheduling, researching, writing, editing, and producing qualifications documents, proposals, bids, and marketing materials such as brochures, data sheets, and presentations.
Ensuring the quality and consistency of the Company’s professional image in collateral material and proposals, and in all client communications.
Responsible for the quality and consistency of the Company’s professional image in all client communications, proposals, and collateral material. Directs and/or participates in all aspects of proposal preparation including the development and collection of boilerplate materials (project job descriptions, resumes), technical writing, graphics, document editing, content review, printing, and final document assembly. Creates and publishes market-specific presentations, project-specific qualifications material, and develop and implement proposal and qualifications strategies.
Level Specific Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, may complete marketing assignments requiring independent judgment and the application of advanced theories and principles.
Assists in proposal writing and presentations.
Assists in implementing client relations programs and trade shows.
Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database.
Is able to analyze and present data for purposes of evaluation and decision making.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills and the ability to recognize, process, and present information.
May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned proposal personnel.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent.
2 years of marketing experience in the engineering and construction industry or related industries.
Requires basic/working computer knowledge including word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) of the United States
Prior AECOM experience is preferred.
Proficient in Sharepoint
Proficient in InDesign
