The successful candidate for this position will work in a team environment developing engineering studies, conceptual designs, construction plans and specifications, as well as proving support during construction and other field assignments.
Lead and manage projects for water transmission and distribution system modeling, study and design, water treatment study and design and water master planning
Managing multiple technical assignments with existing and new clients.
Mentorship of junior project staff.
Ability to participate and lead business development with existing and new clients.
Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required. Master’s degree is desirable.
Experience: The qualified candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in civil/sanitary/stormwater design and studies
Certifications, Licenses: Professional Engineering licensure is required.
Strong technical background with experience in study, design, construction services for surface and groundwater treatment, pumping stations, hydraulic modeling, water quality issues, and permitting and regulatory requirements.
A leader in creative, innovative designs for water and wastewater treatment.
Strong design team management and project management skills.
Strong communication and technical writing skills.
Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and manage large projects.
