Established, locally-owned flooring & design company is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and hard-working Project Coordinator to assist in creating a customer experience that’s second to none.
Experience in flooring is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. 35 hours per week, M-F, 9am-5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
This position offers $18-$21 per hour DOE. Paid vacation is included; however, please note that this position does NOT provide medical benefits or 401K.

-Managing daily office operations
-Collaborating with owners, office staff, and installation teams to see installation projects through to completion
-Assisting with management of social media/online presence
-Managing vendor relationships, ordering flooring materials, and staying on top of order status
-Scheduling installation appointments with customers and installation teams
-Ensuring a positive customer experience by personally contacting customers before, during, and after installations
-Answering multiple phone lines
