NATURE OF JOB:
The Program Administrator will provide customer support for a portfolio of accounts with varying degrees of complexity. The Program Administrator will support sales, customer and plants to include:
-Entry of data into Customer Service software programs – SCC quoting system, smart vault , Filezilla, RMA system.
-Write up new orders and assist in RMA processing
-Facilitate customer to plant discussions with regard to problem solving
-Customer service, acting as the liaison between the company and customer.
-Post shipment follow up i.e. shipment information and payment resolution
-Ability to continually change priorities during daily activities.
3-5 years customer service experience.
Computer skills – Oracle a plus, Excel intermediate skills necessary, 10 key by touch/fax/printers.
Fluent with Microsoft office with emphasis with Excel
