The Product Support Manager, ProSolutions is responsible for growing profitable rental revenue through sales activities for an assigned geography.
Responsibilities for ProSolution Brand Revenue, and within the individuals assigned geography:
Increase ProSolutions Brand Revenue contribution within assigned geographic area
In collaboration with Sales Management, Create and implement strategic sales plan to grow revenue
Work with National Manager of Sales and Region Staff, to drive results on targeted sales campaigns
Analyze market data and opportunities to ensure proper Strategy alignment and identify new opportunities for growth
Communicate with Region, Branch’s and Sales Staff to ensure strategic Rental Revenue Objectives are met
Promote ProSolution Brand awareness and increase knowledge level of HERC Sales Force by conducting and participating in training.
Assist in pricing on bids , rentals and projects, and assist in all product specific pricing strategies
Create and Deliver customer education presentations
Assist Division and Region with product specific fleet management
When needed, Scope/Engineer solutions, coordinate mobilization and as required perform site set up and break down.
Coordinate marketing efforts with HERC Marketing to increase internal and external brand awareness

University degree from an accredited four year collegiate institution. Alternatively, an Associate’s degree or vocational certificate with extensive knowledge of the specialty rental equipment industry.
Proven track record (8 to 10 years) in the equipment sales and or rental industry, and/or pump and fluid handling industry.
Directly involved in operations, fleet management as well as sales leadership, territory development and subordinate coaching, training and mentoring in pump specific markets.
Strong comprehension of the pump and fluid handling markets, the equipment rental industry and the economic drivers that impact performance and drive utilization.
Financial and business acumen.
