Primary Responsibility would for scheduling and pre-registering patients for exams and procedures,
as well as ensuring all insurance information, i.e. referrals and authorizations are collected in a timely
manner Communicates all relative information and preparation instructions to patient.
- Front desk operations in the outpatient clinic including TJUH Rehabilitation.
- Reception, clerical, scheduling, registration, and collections with a focus on customer service.
- Communicates all relative information and preparation instructions to patient.
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
- Assisting rehabilitation staff in carrying out daily patient treatment programs including mobility,
transfers, functional activities and exercise programs.

IDX Scheduling and Registration Certification preferred
