Practice Representative – Rehab Medicine- Rodin Art Museum job – Thomas Jefferson University and Hospitals – Philadelphia, PA


Primary Responsibility would for scheduling and pre-registering patients for exams and procedures,

as well as ensuring all insurance information, i.e. referrals and authorizations are collected in a timely

manner Communicates all relative information and preparation instructions to patient.

Essential Functions:

  • Front desk operations in the outpatient clinic including TJUH Rehabilitation.
  • Reception, clerical, scheduling, registration, and collections with a focus on customer service.
  • Communicates all relative information and preparation instructions to patient.
  • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
  • Assisting rehabilitation staff in carrying out daily patient treatment programs including mobility,

transfers, functional activities and exercise programs.

High school graduate or equivalent.

Certificates/Licenses/Registration State

JeffChart training required

IDX Scheduling and Registration Certification preferred

Experience Requirements

Front desk experience required, preferably in a physician office or outpatient setting
