Summary of Job: Achieve the program goal and operation through various job duties to include actively facilitating groups and activities on recovery topics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform opening/closing duties along with general housecleaning duties to maintain cleanliness of the center.

Promote recovery through education, advocacy, and as a positive role model.

Facilitate & coordinate member involvement while maintaining a high regard and genuine concern for member’s welfare.

Actively facilitate groups/activities on recovery topics that will enhance the member’s skills and instill hope.

Complete daily reports/van logs and other paperwork necessary to carry out the program goals as required.

Maintain an “F” endorsement and provide safe transportation to members in the center van.

Attend all staffings/trainings required by Centerstone and stakeholders.

Supervision of staff assigned under their leadership.

Compliance with annual KPI evaluations and Catalytic Coaching.

This position is part time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8am-4pm.

Requirements:
Job Qualifications:
Must be a consumer of mental health services (past or present)

A high school diploma or GED

Current TN Driver’s License with “F” endorsement

Must be a team player capable of working without direct supervision

Must be active in own recovery and model recovery in a positive way.
