This position will develop, deploy and manage the appropriate marketing mix and will be responsible for ensuring that indirect distribution strategies turns into flawless execution of partnering initiatives through their own efforts and through effective management of the Marketing functions across the organization.
The Partner Marketing Manager will work closely with partners’ business and marketing teams to form marketing plans and programs. They will also collaborate internally with the Enterprises Alliances Sales Team, Marketing functional peers (Vertical Marketing Leaders, Product Management, Product Marketing, and MarCom) and various cross-functional organizations and business units to produce the deliverables.
This position will report into the Omni-Channel Marketing Leader for USIS Enterprise.
Developing Marketing Plans
Work internally and with partner to help define strategies/ plays and develop integrated Partner marketing plans/ programs/ campaigns. These joint plans will be developed in alignment with partner and Equifax objectives, focused on driving growth for solutions EFX sells to, through, and with partner.
Work closely with the EA Sales Team to gather product and channel insights
Provide Voice of Partner to marketing functions, ensuring needs are represented in innovation, communications and messaging
Implementing Marketing Plans
Based on the respective marketing plan, develop and execute on the appropriate toolkit aligned to the goals of EFX and the partner
Work across the marketing functions for marketing execution
Develop and support demand generation marketing programs/ campaigns
Drive awareness of Why Equifax’ story at partner and industry conferences to create partner bias
Supporting Partner Enablement
Support development of Partner-specific enablement tools ( Sales Playbook, Training Presentation, Product Package)
Provide guidance and establish requirements for both internal and external solutions training in conjunction with specific campaigns/ initiatives
Support internal, external and partner-facing communications (newsletters, portal, social media) and events
Driving Project Management
Deploy, track and manage a high-level roadmap of all initiatives, subsequent deliverables, milestones and assigned owners, providing ultimate transparency to the organization.
Track and measure leading and lagging indicators for marketing initiatives with Partner and Sales Channel
Internal liaison responsible for communicating all channel programs, promotions and lead generation activities and provide feedback on what’s working/ not working

10+ years in Marketing roles, preferably with 7+ years in B2B Marketing roles in complex business environments required.
Understanding of marketing strategy, marketing planning, and the infrastructure and tools necessary to support these activities.
Partner Marketing experience with data or technology businesses strongly preferred.
Experience working with sales teams and supporting programs to drive awareness and sales preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar field required. M.B.A. preferred or equivalent business experience.

Technical Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite
