This position is responsible for the daily Security & Risk Management activities at the resort with primary responsibility for ensuring the safety and security of KLC guests and crew members, their property, their well-being and the assets and physical plant of the property, to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing assigned duties. Responsible for monitoring guest and crew member conduct, and assisting all destinations. Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with crew members and customers.

MUST be available to work ALL Shifts as needed; based on our business needs. (First, Second, or Third Shift).

A combination of formal education, training, and skills possessed by an individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience within the Security industry is an asset.

Ability to read and speak English. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to present information in one-on-one and small groups situations to customers, clients, and other crew members of the organization.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Current AED, CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
