  • Previous experience working in outbound education matching

The role will be 100% on the telephone (no travel required), speaking with potential students who have requested to be contacted by an Education Advocate and are looking to further their education. The ability to empathize with and effectively acknowledge and overcome student concerns is critical, as is the strength of character to maintain unwavering positivity and professionalism in the face of rejection.

Additional attributes that are a plus but are not required

  • At least 1 year of College
  • 2 years of previous work experience in a Call Center
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience

Required experience:

  • Call Center: 1 year
  • Outbound Automated dialing in call center: 1 year
  • Education Matching service: 1 year preferred, not required
  • Sales: 1 year preferred, not required
