On-Call Customer Support Specialist I job – ECS Federal LLC – Memphis, TN

ECS Federal, LLC (ECS) is seeking multiple On-Call Customer Support Specialist I to work in our Memphis, TN office.

Job Description:
ECS is seeking multiple On-Call Customer Support Specialist I who will be researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities may include:
Processing orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfilling internal and external customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction related to change-of-address and/or mail forwarding.

Gathering and disseminating technical information among customers and developers.

Daily accessing, verifying and editing of Postal systems.

Resolving issues Delivery personnel have to ensure Dynamic routing information is received.

Be able to work within multiple applications to resolve issues.

Responsible for tracking, understanding, and explaining issues reported.

Other duties as required.

Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

1 year experience in the support or customer service field or in a related area.

Must maintain high level written, oral, telephone and communication skills.

Must be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.

Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (primarily Excel).

Must maintain time and attendance and dress code policies in accordance with company policy.

Interpersonal and professional oral and written communication skills required.

Must be willing to perform other duties as directed.
