The Office Coordinator is responsible for field staff scheduling, handling new intakes/referrals, data entry, meetings, faxing/filing/reconciling 485s and orders and other medical records, handling referrals to PT/ST/OT, calling physicians as needed, obtaining orders from physicians and relaying to field staff (nurses) and other office duties. Previous home health experience MANDATORY. Applicants without previous home health experience will not be considered.Previous home health experience MANDATORY.
