Requirements: (Experience, Essential Education, and Skills Needed):
Successful applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, data entry experience, proficient typing skills, and demonstrated receptionist experience. Must have experience in a mental health and medical setting and reimbursement. Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and have experience using Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications / Other Relevant Job Information:
A bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate is preferred.
This is a Grade 5 hourly position. The minimum rate is $11.65 per hour. Maximum 25 hours per week.
Starting rate for new employees will be based on the prospective employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities directly relating to the position’s duties. Current or most recent verified rate of pay will also be taken into consideration prior to making an offer of employment. Starting rate for new employees will not exceed the advertised maximum and will be based on the availability of funding within the current budget.
Position requires pre-employment extensive background check and drug screening, to include a valid Driver’s License in state of residence with a point balance of -6 or higher.
