This position involves day to day operations of testing center. Duties include in- person and phone customer service, checking in test takers, computer based test scheduling, proctoring exams, and other duties. Security, reliability, flexibility in a rapidly changing environment, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

1. Provide high level of test security.

2. Organize testing process and registration

3. Manage daily office functions.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency required. One year full-time customer service experience or equivalency, demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. A multicultural orientation and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required.
