This position involves day to day operations of testing center. Duties include in- person and phone customer service, checking in test takers, computer based test scheduling, proctoring exams, and other duties. Security, reliability, flexibility in a rapidly changing environment, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential.
1. Provide high level of test security.
2. Organize testing process and registration
3. Manage daily office functions.
