SUMMARY: The primary responsibilities of this position are organizing and supervising the effort and tasks of technicians responsible for physical and mechanical activities, telecommunication infrastructure work, integration and commissioning of hardware/software systems; as well as, cabinet maintenance and upgrades.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ability to follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner. * Supervises the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and integration of wireless radio access nodes. * Supervises telecom integration work within and around the cell site cabinet to ensure optimum network quality for our customers. * Ensures compliance to customer specifications and company requirements. * Schedules and coordinates integration and commissioning support and service operations. * Create and maintain project databases as needed * Provide comprehensive and accurate reporting of all project activities * Ensure all closeout data has been compiled, reviewed and submitted in a timely manner * Leads and directs other technicians and interacts with customer’s technical staff as well as SAC cross-functional teams * Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. * Leads and directs the work of others and possesses a wide degree of creativity and latitude as expected to lead a team of technicians. * Interprets various documents (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, etc.) to ensure MOPs are implemented properly. * A willingness to travel and/or work outdoors in all weather conditions when required.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid Driver’s License * High School Graduate * Five or more years of experience in supervising telecom installers or integrators * Five or more years of experience in wireless industry * First Aid Training/CPR preferred * OSHA 10 Certification preferred * Experience integrating and troubleshooting cabinets and rack mounted equipment Understands basic knowledge of Antennae & RF radio configuration at cell sites. * Certifications UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, GSM or similar. * Ability to read and interpret technical construction drawings. * Excellent decision making and problem solving skills. * Cell site installation experience is preferred. * Understands basic electrical concepts and safe connection methods * LTE and CDMA experience * Flexibility in working hours and travel. Ability to travel overnight * A demonstrated understanding of multiple client network topologies and associated Radio Access Network (RAN) and Optical / Microwave Transmission backhaul infrastructure working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
