A bit about the job:
Our team is seeking a highly intelligent, experienced, and driven Account Manager to serve in the Wireless Customer Experience Assurance Group. This individual must have a desire to learn, lead, and exceed expectations. They must be passionate about their customers and enjoy growing their business. What you will be doing:

  • Direct Account Management responsibility for “Named” accounts
  • Develop, manage and deploy account sales strategies
  • Increase market share by developing new strategic accounts
  • Plan & execute quota achievement plan focusing on strengthening client relationships.
  • Serve primarily as a “hunter” but with the opportunity to develop “farming” skills.
  • Ability to manage a consistent forecast within 10% accuracy.
  • Clearly articulate Empirix Value Proposition to Senior Management.
  • Self-starter who enjoys the autonomy and creativity associated with getting the job done.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities consistent with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Enjoys interacting with customers, solving complex business problems, and creating “fans” of Empirix.

Travel 50%; Home-office base with preferred locations of Seattle, Dallas, or New Jersey.

What you bring to the table:

  • B.S. Degree
  • 7+ years sales experience
  • Proven track record of over-achievement in Telecom industry within the past 3-5 years
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
  • Related selling experience to Service Providers in North America
  • Good understanding of mobile technology including LTE, EPC, VoLTE, IMS, RAN & NFV
  • Existing senior level relationships with Tier 1 wireless providers in North America
  • MBA
