Master Data Analyst – Product Development job – Fruit of the Loom, Inc. – Bowling Green, KY

Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for a Master Data Analyst – Product Development at its corporate headquarters in Bowling Green, KY.

The PD Master Data Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate input of critical data into PLM software and is accountable for the responsive audit of data in PLM. Additionally, the PD Master Data Analyst assists in developing, integrating and maintaining/administering the processes and controls around PLM style, color, and material updates. The accuracy of the data entered and system functionality is critical to the successful creation of style packets.

Responsibilities/Duties

Input color request data and purchased raw material development request data into PLM to initiate respective request workflows.

Perform audits of PI, SG, and CG production styles; Production Style Requests (PSR); and Production Style Change Requests (PSCR).

Complete and manage specific color request workflows which do not involve creating recipes or requesting physical samples. Specifically, multi-color, finished good only and print code requests.

Monitor color requests through the development process and provide feedback to Merchandising as to the progress/completion.

Assist with the validation of data transmitted to Oracle ERP.

Perform additional tasks assigned by manager.

Required Experience

1 – 2 years of clerical work experience in conjunction with 1 or more years of customer service work experience.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or college degree a plus

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; keyboarding skills

Ability to learn new applications.
