American Specialty Health, seeking an experienced manager to manage marketing communications for large clients, serving as the point person and contact for all duties and tasks related to these clients? programs. Additional responsibilities include working with the Marketing Communications team in developing and managing marketing campaigns, programs, and materials for American Specialty Health and its affiliates. Responsibilities ?

Manages the writing and production of marketing materials for all lines of business. ? Writes and edits Marketing Communications materials, including client materials and sales campaigns. ?

Leads the development and management of large, high profile clients? wellness program materials; these responsibilities would be priority over any other tasks. Duties may include occasional after hours work. Writing and minor design functions may be needed.

? Proofreading, copywriting, minor design updates to client, sales, and internal marketing materials. ? Effective communication, organizational, analytical, interactive, and independent decision-making skills required.

? Ability to work independently and proactively on multiple projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail. ? Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate internally with all levels within the organization and externally (with clients, vendors, staff, and consultants). ? Ability to adhere to established work schedules and workflow while practicing efficient time management and working independently. ?

Ability to work occasional long and unpredictable or late hours in order to meet deadlines.
