a fast growing startup is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant who is willing to work hard and grow with a new company. This Marketing assistant will report directly to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for taking on multiple tasks that allow for the successful completion of all marketing and branding programs and campaigns.We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, innovative, creative, and career minded with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork.
The position will assisting in all facets of the sales and marketing efforts- Assist in the development of various marketing programs- Undertake the daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality of marketing activities- Assisting in the creation and execution of social media campaigns- Represent team in trade show settings and events- Stay current with reporting on competition, and industry trends- Develop and help to manage brand collaboration opportunities- Support Marketing team in management of all projects to make sure that they get completed in a timely manner – Work with marketing analytics and techniques to gather important data- Assist in the organizing of on-site promotional events- Help with the creation of traditional or digital brand campaigns and aid in facilitating their success- Be active liason for Brand Ambassador program
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience working in a sales or marketing team environment Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experienced desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, Google ShareBachelors Degree and one year experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development (internships experience applies) Must be willing to travel
