Right now, we’re looking to expand our teams in several key markets across the country. This is a rare opportunity to be considered for a lead contractor position and receive work from some of the biggest retailers in the country on a regular basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Working together with some of the largest retailers in the country to provide outstanding customer service during delivery and setup of large items such as mattresses, box springs, televisions, and more.


  • Schedule appointment windows within agreed-upon time frame
  • Pick up new units at a retail location or regional warehouse or cross-dock
  • Identify any damaged packaging and alerting client prior to accepting units for delivery
  • Transport units safely and securely
  • Provide prompt on-schedule delivery with appropriate communication to INSTALLS and customer if there are any delays
  • Document and advise INSTALLS and customer of any pre-existing damage identified during pre-delivery walkthrough
  • Alert INSTALLS immediately of any on-site issues (no-fit, customer no-show, etc)
  • Remove any old units (haul-away), returning them to the retail location or warehouse for disposal in a timely manner
  • Obtain customer signoff and confirm whether all customer questions and concerns have been addressed prior to leaving site.

Skill and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency. Must have regular access to email and be able to scan/upload paperwork.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of professional delivery experience.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
  • Must carry a minimum $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and a minimum $300,000 commercial auto insurance policy. Must be compliant with state worker’s comp law (carrying it if it is required for your business).
  • Must be compliant with all state and local licensing requirements.
  • All on-site personnel must pass a criminal and driving background check prior to beginning work.
  • Must own or lease at least one enclosed vehicle (Box truck with lift gate preferred). Open vehicles such as pick-ups (even with covers) and residential vehicles like SUVs are not eligible.
