Overlook Farm is a 327 acre operational farm that provides meat and produce for our on-sight inns and wedding/event venues. Our meats and produce are raised free of any chemicals, hormones, and by-products; we believe that raising food the natural way is the best way!
Come work along side a Chef, that has over 22 years experience of farm-to-table cuisine.
High school education
Current student of an accredited culinary school
Strong organizational and communication skills
Organize and prioritize work
Communicate effectively with others over the telephone and in person
Use basic math skills
Rotate within the department to perform various training or support functions
Candidate must be able to pick up 40 lb. cases
Demonstrated skills in:
Communication both written and verbal
Basic culinary skills
Safe food handling
Basic understanding of commercial kitchen equipment
Responsibilities Engage in farm operations as directed by owner and upper management.
