The Team Leader is a member of the Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment Team and is responsible for managing this team on a daily basis in an efficient and effective manner. The IDDT Team Leader is responsible for maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external providers and resources, providing clinical supervision to team members and interpreting and adhering to laws, regulations, policies and procedures governing the unit’s daily operations. The Team Leader will provide individual and group psychotherapy to adult consumers with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Substance Use Disorders. Duties will also include participating in and facilitating clinical team meetings, utilizing and implementing Evidenced Based Practices and assessing, screening and assigning incoming new referrals.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related license-eligible field and 2 years of direct care experience required. Supervisory experience required.
Primarily Monday through Friday 8am-4pm with flexibility to meet program needs. The Team Leader is responsible for participating in an on-call rotation.
