Inside Sales Rep – Coffee Market job – Fres-co System USA, Inc. – Telford, PA

The position reports into the Director Sales, along with working closely with the segment Market Manager and Customer Service Supervisor.

Manage existing customer base of business within assigned market segment by maintaining and growing volume. Development of business at new accounts and prospects as they are assigned. Responsible for all areas of stock bag program for respective segment including growth, pricing strategies, product line offering and marketing plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and increase sales through a progression of the following steps and activities:

Train and learn the assigned Market, as well as how Fres-co operates.

Maintain and grow existing stock bag customer base.

Development of new business within assigned market segment through various means including:

Telephone calls (incoming and cold calls)

Trade show leads

Web site leads

Responsible for the business at various existing customers that are to be transitioned from other Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities will be handled primarily via electronic methods – telephone, e-mail, etc. Actual customer visits will occur to those customers that warrant/require personal contact to facilitate overall business conditions.

Provide proper service level to customers by managing the activity of the other departments that interact with account: Graphics, Engineering & Technical, amongst others.

Offer both Fres-co and customers/prospects creative ideas to grow the business and find ways of developing new win/win opportunities.

Know intimately customers business and forecast needs to accurately help maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree

Minimum of 2-3 years of post degree work experience. Actual experience in flexible packaging material and/or machinery industry is a plus.

Desire to learn an industry, organization and market from the ground up and grow within the company as needed.

Strong general business skills combined with an open and conservative style.

Team building skills.
