We have been watching the development of iContacts closely, you can check out our original review here. The developer has added yet another useful feature to the app – Meetings.
If you want to arrange the meeting with any of your contacts, hit the drop-down button next to + sign and select Meeting.
Now select the contact with whom you want to arrange the meeting by double-clicking it. Finally choose the date and click Add.
You can view all meetings by going to Meetings tab. Right-click any meeting and select OK to mark it as done.
The app is still in early stage and is expected to get further enhanced in future. The author is looking to add more features, if you would like to request a feature please leave a comment below. In my opinion, the following three features can make it a killer app:
- Ability to notify users about meeting through pop-up notification.
- Ability to select the hour of meeting and to sync the meetings with Google Calendar.
- Ability to sync the contacts with iTunes. This can be achieved by creating 2 way sync between this app and Windows Contacts. iTunes <–> Windows Contacts <–> iContacts.
