Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter

The On-Premise Coordinator will provide support to the Recruitment and HR team. This individual will assist with: sourcing for candidates via various online job boards and utilizing the internal company referral program. They will schedule interviews, manage the requisition process, screen potential candidates, assist with marketing projects related to recruitment, and prepare monthly recruitment performance reports as needed. The Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for the on boarding of new coworkers and ensuring that all new coworkers have the necessary tools to be successful. The Human Resources Coordinator will also assist in administrative functions as well as additional duties assigned by the Recruitment team.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE· A Bachelors degree in related field.· Background in customer service· Excellent planning and organizational skills.· Experience with sourcing candidates via online and networking channels.· Effective oral and written communication skills.· Working knowledge of MS Office products, especially MS Excel.· Confidence in ability to multi-task, follow up, and complete task while meeting various deadlines.· Minimum of one year of Human Resources or Recruitment support OR internship experience in an HR or Service Related industry.· Strong attention to detail and exquisite follow through.
