The Human Resource Business Partner is aligned to the Senior HRBP and provides support for designated business units and/or markets within BOK Financial. This individual will assist with development and implementation of HR solutions. The HRBP should develop an understanding of the business unit’s strategic objectives, financial plan, competitive pressures, and tactical plans.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for assisting with delivery of HR services through Centers of Excellence to include: Benefits, Compensation, Corporate Training and Development, Employee Relations, HR Consulting, Payroll and Talent Acquisition to ensure a unified HR Delivery approach.

Form a partnership with senior management and other key players throughout the organization and assigned market.

Follow a disciplined consulting process (diagnose, validate, contract, source, deliver and evaluate) to address business issues.

Implement long and short-term human resource goals and programs.

Consult with managers/supervisors regarding individual human resource needs and challenges; work closely with in-house compliance officer(s) and external legal team(s) to mitigate risk and various legal issues.

Assist with implementation of organizational change.

Participate in community and professional activities in order to enhance Bank’s image and expand personal network of business and community contacts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques

Working knowledge of human resource policies and procedures associated with employee relations, compensation, and training

Working knowledge of relevant governmental regulations (Civil Rights/EEO, ADA, FLSA, wage and hour)

Excellent PC skills including knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

Strong interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years experience in Human Resources. SPHR, CEBS, CCP and other human resource certifications are highly desirable.
