Reveille Group is a strategic advisory consulting firm based out of Washington, DC. We are focused on providing our diverse clients with innovative solutions in strategic planning, communications, and program management. We are looking to bring on an integral team member to support one of our existing client engagements. We desire someone with the diverse experience and skills in data analytics and Human Capital-related systems.

This position is full-time in Washington, DC. Candidates for this position will work closely with our client agency, serving as a team member in executing data governance improvement efforts within the client’s Human Capital Directorate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
  • Conduct relevant research and analysis
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
  • Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
  • Assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of current human capital data
  • Translate data analysis findings into written documents, briefings, and graphics
  • Assess internal and external data, external factors, and mission drivers to make recommendations regarding data governance
  • Assist in improving workflow and decision support processes

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems field
  • 1 – 3 years related experience
  • Consulting experience required
  • Experience supporting federal agencies in data governance improvement efforts
  • Experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
  • Experience developing and maintaining documentation for procedures and processes
  • Ability to assist in research and analysis of existing systems to define problems, data availability and report requirements
  • Ability to research and analyze requirements for information systems from a project’s inception to its conclusion
  • Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
  • Ability to clearly identify IT functions/solutions needed to solve a business problem
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite

Desired experience and certifications:

  • Experience managing human capital-related data
  • Experience using human capital data systems within the federal government
