As the HR Specialist, you’ll apply well-rounded general HR experience, keen analytical skills and curiosity, a good foundation in compensation related analysis (including job profiling and evaluation), along with strong Excel and general HR application skills, to make a significant difference. You will collaborate in the development and enhancement of Total Rewards programs and infrastructure, HR analytics, supporting administration of various HR systems, and many other areas.
