Tenet Physician Resources
The Tenet Physician Resources (TPR) Human Resources Manager leads the human resources strategies and tactics within an operating region and nationally for specific initiatives, with an emphasis on employee relations, staffing, development, and retention. They have the authority to make decisions and lead efforts to investigate and resolve TPR management and employee concerns. Additionally, they manage, advise, and lead all performance management and employee engagement activities for the TPR management team. The TPR HR Manager will also participate in activities and projects as requested by the CHRO The TPR HR Manager is required to travel within their assigned region as well as nationally as needed. Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent. Minimum of 3 to 5 years human resources management experience in a health care setting.
Must possess a thorough working knowledge of local, state and federal EEO/employment laws. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, demonstrated ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions, demonstrated ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
Intermediate level proficiency with Excel, Power Point and Word.
