Active Directory 1+ year -basics enable users, create users, reset passwords, unlock accounts.Windows Terminal Servers- 1+ years. Individual must be able to redirect installation of printers drivers. Re-creating user profiles. Understanding server clusters.
Custmer Service- This individual ideally will come from a high call volume environment. They will be taking anywhere from 50-70 calls a day.
Job Description: TEK Systems is in need of 2 Help Desk Analysts level I for a 6 month contract to hire position in Palm Beach Gardens. Must have at least 1 year of professional experience in a helpdesk position. Must have reliable transportation, Must have strong customer service skills, experience doing phone support and hands-on support, and strong troubleshooting skills. Must have strong experience with Windows OS, Active Directory. Must be able to work in a high demand, fast-paced environment. Will be working on a team of 9 other helpdesk support technician. Vast majority of troubleshooting will be over the phone. Will work on team of 9 other HD Analysts and report to the IT Operations Manager. Hours are 8-5 PM the team works from 7:00AM-7:00PM PM and there will be opportunity for overtime. , so the shifts may sometimes change between those hours and candidates MUST be flexible. Will be supporting 120 internal users (these are our customers employees throughout Palm Beach Gardens, Seattle, and Atlanta) and 12k external users (within our customers 50+ subsidiaries throughout the US and Canada). Exchange experience isn’t necessary as TEKsystems Partner uses Google Apps. 1 + years Active Directory experience is a MUST.
