Our client is a leading mortgage company located in SW Portland and is looking to find a dynamic receptionist to join their growing team! As the face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and assisting with daily office functions. You will need an outgoing personality and be able to provide excellent customer service. You should be highly organized and have a strong attention to detail.
Qualified applicants will have a background in customer service and at least 3 years of previous experience in a front desk position. You should be able to handle a multi-line phone system and be able to multitask effectively. You should also be able to work independently, with an ability to prioritize projects and meet the demands of the front office.
Compensation: $14.00-$15.00 per/hour
