The Financial Analyst – Security, Process & Controls will assist the Security & Controls Manager in the ongoing maintenance and administration, governance, and control structure. Additional duties include:
Configuring end-user and application system security; proactively identifying and evaluating complex business and technology risks and vulnerabilities, including the evaluation of segregation of duties and the implementation of controls
Preparing and implementing any required remediation requirements; conducting and communicating the results of risk assessments
Collaborating with process functional teams to review, analyze and implement services form the end user community.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, MIS or applicable systems administration experience
Experience with business processes, business process controls, financial segregation of duties and automated controls
Experience working with security and control stakeholders, project teams, and internal and external auditors
Excellent technical, analytical, interpersonal, communication, management, and technical writing skills, and attention to detail
3+ years experience in designing, implementing, and supporting security processes in an ERP environment, including new implementations, security redesign, or assessment of a client’s security environment
Experience with user provisioning processes, segregation of duty conflicts and security maintenance processes
Understanding of Oracle business processes, automated controls, user provisioning processes, segregation of duty conflicts and security maintenance processes
Experience with assessing, designing, and/or implementing the Oracle Governance Risk and Compliance Controls (GRC) suite
Understanding of the Federal agency operating environment and basic risk management approaches
Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley
Knowledge of a system development life cycle
Experience in assessing, designing, and/or implementing an ERP system
