As the restaurant’s expo, your responsibility is to ensure quality and correct presentation of all food leaving the line. The expo must ensure that food is assembled quickly but most importantly according to recipes.

Major Responsibilities

Follow ticket orders to ensure food is being produced up to standard

Prepare recipes and plate food correctly to guarantee correct presentation

Maintain cooking line and expo area is clean, sanitary, and safe at all times

Stock and replenish any items missing from the line Essential Physical Requirements

As an expo, you will be required to stand a majority portion of the scheduled shift

Must be able to carry, lift, push objects up to 50 pounds

This position is made up of many repetitive motions: movement of the wrists, hands, and fingers Knowledge and Skills

Strong communication skills in order to communicate with coworkers proper food execution

Must be able to efficiently multitask in a fast paced restaurant setting

Strong organizational skills
