The Entry Level Software Sales is responsible for supplying our sales teams with a flow of highly qualified leads. This person is expected to learn and retain in depth product knowledge regarding all of our products and services and be skilled in presenting the many Unique Selling Propositions we present to our prospects and customers. Aptris sells and delvers mid enterprise business software technologies that provide tremendous value and results to our customers. This role involves converting a Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to a qualified lead for our professional sales team.

**LOOKING FOR A RECENT GRAD AND/OR 1 – 2 years of experience which could include internships

Duties & Responsibilities:

Business Development

  • Research, identify and activate new prospects for the products and services for Aptris and other potential Ticomix Business Groups.
  • Solicit new prospects through qualifying incoming leads from our Web Sites, Social Networking (LinkedIn), Marketing Campaigns (Webinar’s, Live Events, Email and Nurture Campaigns) and performing Targeted List Call Downs.
  • Work with the marketing department to create high attendance for all Live and Webinar Events
  • Utilize sales tools, such as Phone Burner, to obtain appointments with new prospects
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings
  • Manage and Build Vendor (Partner) Relationships
  • Build relationships with the entire ServiceNow Sales Team (Enterprise, Commercial and Account Development representatives) that impacts Aptris/Ticomix’ s success
  • Attain appropriate sales certification from ServiceNow
  • Attend appropriate ServiceNow meetings and Webinars
  • Ensure Compliance with use of Ticomix CRM System
  • All Accounts (Prospects and Customers) in SugarCRM must be kept current
  • Contact information must be kept updated with appropriate marketing subscriptions
  • All pending and completed calls, emails, and appointments must be recorded in SugarCRM*

  • Familiar with the Windows environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Engineer or related
  • Recent grad, and/or 1 – 2 years of experience which could include an internship
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer service skills (polite, professional, respectful)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including listening skills
  • Familiarity with Information Technology industry a plus
  • Established organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Able to work in both solitary and team environments
