Successful Journeys Integrated Care
Successful Journey’s is seeking a Driver to join our team.
The driver is responsible for driving an agency-owned passenger vehicle and serving as a client escort/advocate when transporting clients to and from facilities for appointments and outings. Other duties include maintaining fleet vehicles, transporting mail, supplies, groceries and other duties as assigned.
Who we are
Successful Journeys Integrated Care (SJIC) is a community-based, multi-service organization providing treatment and support to individuals impacted by mental illness. Our services promote opportunities for people to participate in integrated community-based activities. Through our Integrated Services, we offer Rehabilitation and Residential Programs in Northern Arizona and the Greater Phoenix area.
Minimum High school diploma or GED. Must be able to maintain and keep in good standings an Arizona Driver’s License. Prior one (1) year experience in transporation along with one (1) year experience working with mental health population; OR, an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
NonExempt/Fulltime Hourly Salary D.O.E.
Is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items over 25 pounds and occasionally move over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position requires a flexible schedule to include weekends. Finger print clearance level 1 card and TB screening annually.
